The Richemont technical school runs products from its own events in its online ticket shop, but also acts as an agent for other event organizers. Contractual relationships exist exclusively between the ticket purchaser and the respective organizer.

4. Regulations of the organizer / validity of the tickets
The regulations of the organizer, which are available on request, are to be obeyed. The ticket purchaser expressly recognizes these regulations, in particular with regard to the security requirements, age and other access restrictions contained therein as well as any other regulations. Any misuse of the tickets is prohibited. The instructions of the event staff are to be followed. Violation threatens the exclusion from the event.
Tickets are only valid if purchased through an official distribution channel of the Richemont Technical School. The Ticket Buyer (s) must ensure that their Print @ Home Ticket is protected from misuse (such as unlawful copying, alteration or printing by unauthorized persons). Tickets are to be protected against moisture, dirt, damage as well as mechanical or optical effects etc.
5. Return and exchange of tickets
Return or exchange of tickets is generally excluded. In case of postponements of events, the tickets are automatically valid for the date of postponement. If an event is canceled, the claim of the ticket purchaser / ticket purchaser is exclusively directed against the organizer (contractual partner) and must be asserted in principle. However, the Richemont Fachschule is entitled but not obliged to reimburse the organizer for the sums reimbursed and / or reimbursed by the organizer to the ticket purchaser. Return of the tickets and repayment of the ticket costs will be made by the point of sale that issued the ticket. In all other cases, as well as after expiry of the period of 30 days, the return can only be made by the organizer in accordance with its take-back regulations.
6. Final provisions
Deviations from these General Terms and Conditions are only effective if agreed in writing. By ordering tickets, the ticket purchaser accepts the above terms and conditions. The Richemont Fachschule reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without giving reasons. For orders already placed such changes do not apply. Should individual points of these general terms and conditions be or become invalid, the validity of the rest of the contract is not affected. Exclusively Swiss law applies to the entire contractual relationship between the organizer and the ticket purchaser. Jurisdiction is Lucerne.
7. Privacy
By placing an order or registering, the customer agrees that the Richemont Fachschule stores his personal data in machine-readable form and processes the contract. In addition, the customer agrees with his order or registration that the organizer may use his personal data in order to inform him about new products and services in which due to his appointment or registration a corresponding interest may be suspected (eg trade fair visit, Fair offer, news on the website, payment methods, etc.).
